More than 50 years ago, back in the 1950s, my grandfather was a simple sign-maker in a small town in Denmark, when he first started using screen printing in his workshop. Picking up the technique from my grandfather, my father, the middle of three sons, became irredeemably hooked on screen printing. So, ten years later, when my father was still only in his early twenties, he opened up his own screen printing business in the North of Denmark. Initially the focus was on sign-making, but gradually direct-to-garment screen printing came to dominate, and further down the line again the company gradually began to specialize in screen printed heat transfers for garment decoration.

In 1977, the year in which I was born, my parents business was right on the verge of the most phenomenal period of sustained growth, and as I grew up I got the chance to be a part of that growth. When I was only 6 years old I started working (as best I could) in their company. By the age of 12 I could run a flat-bed screen printer without help or supervision. At the tender age of 19, after completing my military service with the Danish Army, I joined my parents company full-time. Working with the company I project managed the start-up of an embroidery department, launched their first online webshop which, as an industry-first, turned out to be a huge success, and revolutionized the sales order handling and prepress processes.

I guess the point I am trying to make is that having inherited the knowledge handed down through three generations of the Rask family; you would have to agree that my passion for the garment decoration industry is truly a family affair!

When I founded RSK Tech in 2003, my ambition was to spread my positive experience with software technology to a wider audience within the garment decoration industry. My goal which has also become "RSK Tech's mission is to make industry-leaders of our customers by being in the forefront of software technology."

Campbell Cameron, Sales and Marketing Director

CAMPBELL CAMERON - Sales and Marketing Director


Campbell is an Honours graduate in French and Spanish, speaks five Western European languages and has over 22 years of international sales and marketing experience, particularly in hi-tech venture capital start ups. Prior to joining RSK Tech, Campbell was Business Development Director for almost 10 years with a US owned global IT and software services company with operations in the US, Europe and Asia. In addition to direct sales roles in the semiconductor industry, Campbell also has 8 years of experience in the Scotch Whisky industry where he successfully built premium brands throughout Europe and North America via a network of wholesale and retail distribution partners.

As Sales and Marketing Director Campbell is primarily responsible for all sales and marketing activities, and building and maintaining RSK Tech's global distributor network. With an insatiable thirst for languages, Campbell has already begun learning Japanese as we prepare to enter the exciting Asian marketplace. We are sure he will soon be chatting away in Japanese like a native as he walks down the streets of Ginza, Tokyo.


Shu Wang, Finance Director


Shu Wang, originally from China, graduated from the University of Dundee with an Honours degree in Accountancy Finance and a Masters Degree in Accountancy. She also holds a partially qualified ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) qualification.

Shu joined RSK Tech in 2004 and was one the first employees in the company. As Finance Director Shu is in charge of the company's financial affairs and is also responsible for all administrative tasks.
